The role consists in understanding the customer's business, to define the aligned activities and strategy to help the customer delivering the best solutions for their own clients or that meets their internal goals.The work transitioned from reactive to pro-active, and as much closer and deeper the the accounts are known, more possible being truly helpful towards success it becomes, faster and more efficiently. Developed expertise, proficiency and relationships in a consultative manner, sharing market and business acumen to help customers to meet their goals.Account manager (customers and partners) for strategic customers:• Strategic account manager dealing with different industries such as energy, oil&gas, mining, automotive, defense, telecommunications and academic, distributed in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Campinas and Brasília;• Responsible for negotiating projects from the design of automation, analysis and data management architecture, until the engagement of partners for the project’s final implementation;• Focused on demand generation, challenging the customer to consider modern approaches applying high level diagnostic tools, based on integrated artificial intelligence technologies and high performance data acquisition systems;• Daily interaction with support, system engineering, R&D, operations and finance teams, local and globally, consolidating herself as the main interface and a reference in a customer focused approach;• Use of Salesforce.com as opportunity pipeline, forecast and account management tool.
