FUNCTIONS:- Developer, Analyst, and Visualizer for BI project: Checking and solving inconsistencies of developments in SQL language. Collection, transformation, visualization, control, and analysis of data using BI tools such as Spotfire and Power BI. Support in PostgreSQL database management.- Analyst and leader of digital transformation projects: Project planning, monitoring, and control. Management of improvements and issues of platforms with global suppliers. ACHIEVEMENTS:- First place in the "Enel Digital" contest where knowledge in agile, management of virtual tools for teleworking, and Power BI were evaluated.- Development of a 0-cost application in Power Apps for Enel furniture's sale and automation of tasks with Power Automate

FUNCTIONS - Management of digital transformation projects: Definition of new service requirements, identification of improvements for Service Now platform, execution of manual tests, management of issues, making workflows. Planning, monitoring, and control of assigned projects: Implementation of RPA in SAP to generate orders and conformities, Contract Management System, and support in other projects on the technological roadmap such as Business Intelligence. - Administrative management of the contract with a Contact Center and BPO company - Support in the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 Standard and improvement of the Facilities Management services. ACHIEVEMENTS - Design and create a prototype of the Contract Management System, which seeks to digitize and optimize the contract management process; using Design Thinking methodology. - Design and develop a dashboard for the Business Travel service in Power BI.
