Verify and manage the approval of the Business Cases requested by the Account Team as a Retention Strategy to contain active attrition risks.11. Conduct weekly audits of HR/employees Meetings of the teams to identify areas of improvement, training needs and to guarantee the standard of speeches used with our employees.
