Order Management in Oracle ERP: order entry, delivery schedules, fulfillment, orders release and PODs upload.Shipping management, monitoring the cargo with exporter and final customers.Working with Planners and Fulfillment team to confirm products allocation and assure the best delivery time.Identify internal gaps and suggest improvements to the leadership.Work with Latin America teams to consolidate biweekly forecast report, providing to the leadership the visibility of the Quarter Sales X Sales OP.Work with leadership in strategies that mitigate risk of deliveries to the customers (within quarters) and contribute to achieve company's yearly goal on deliveries metrics.Customer Service and Order Management focal point in Latin America region.Resolve issues regarding customer satisfaction (wrong delivery, damage material, credit).Member of a ERP Implementation project, contributing to Brazil operations to leverage the global support, enhancements capabilities and simplification initiative.

Shipping coordination from different regions. Import process follow up, since the cargo pick up at origin until the delivery at final destination.Shipping documents approval, international freight quotations, bookings and customs clearance process follow up.Local road freight coordination.
