Ph.D in Law. I have been a lecturer of Public International Law and Human Rights and a researcher for the Human Rights Center of the Universidad Diego Portales for five years. In this context, I was also editor of their Annual Report in 2020 and 2021. I have ten years of experience in human rights research and consultancy, especially in matters of criminal justice reforms and reparation processes. I have participated as a researcher in projects with the U.S. Department of State; IDRC (International Development Research Centre - Canada); GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit - Germany); and UNICEF Chile. I have also trained public officials in human rights, such as judges, prosecutors, public defenders, and police officers in Chile, Mexico, El Salvador, Panama, and Colombia. I am interested in working in consulting; teaching, and research projects on human rights; access to justice, and reparation processes, all focused on vulnerable groups (especially children and adolescents), business and human rights, and climate change.
