My primary responsibilities are to organize and manage the various parts of a given project to ensure its success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the firm owner and other senior architects. I also: supervise project deadlines and workflow; manage team goals, project schedules and information; handle invoicing, proposals, and budgets; direct client relationships and provide effective solutions to site conditions.
