About Marcel Blaauw

For over two decades, I have been leading and supporting the digital transformation of Cygnific, a customer service and sales solutions provider for KLM other airlines and brands active in other areas than the travel industry. As the Manager ICT, I oversee the complex ICT infrastructures, projects, and changes that enable the company to deliver excellent, diverse, and sustainable services to its customers and partners.I have a strong background in service management, privacy, and quality improvement frameworks, such as ITIL, Agile, Scrum, CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO27001, and Lean Six Sigma. I apply these frameworks to optimize the performance, security, and compliance of the ICT systems and processes. I also leverage my analytical and interpersonal skills to coach and empower my team and colleagues, and foster a culture of collaboration and connection. My goal is to align my actions with the mission, vision, and values of the company, and to have a direct impact on the direction and results of the digital transformation.
