Representative and Responsible for IT, Telecom and related Technical installations within several large-scale installation-, renovation- and upgrade-Projects at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.Most Projects involved multi-disciplinairy teams of Technical specialists both internal (Schiphol) and external (3rd parties).brief overview of Projects:Schiphol Dynamic Displays, 2006-2008:Technical Project manager (within a team of 3): replacement of 2000+ large screen TFT Displays including controllers, network upgrading, Structural Engineering, Electrotechnical and associated work.Upgrade Schiphol WTC, 2008:Technical Project Manager: project involved the 'translation' of Airport Terminal look-and-feel into the WTC Office space (Network infrastructure, Self Service Check-in kiosks, Flight Information Display clusters including associated Suspension structures, General information Displays and Control Software).Self Service Check-in, 2008-2009:Project Manager ICT: replacement of manned Check-in position by Self Service Transfer Centres throughout the Airport Terminal. Sole responsible for preparation, execution and delivery of project's ICT Components according to the overall Project Planning and Budget.Project components included: IT and Telecom Hardware, Software and Systems, Building alterations, Suspension structures and Electrotechnical installations).
