The IM&IT Manager is having responsibility for partnering and driving business performance with the Global Retail Marketing (B2C - payment) en Retail Commercial Fleet (B2B) business teams to create and maintain a strategic vision for overall payment acceptance, settlement services, "on the road services" for our B2B customers that directly contribute to the Retail Strategic vision, ambitions and bottom line.E2E Accountability: being the single point of accountability to ensure IT is relevant and adds value to the Global Retail payment and Commercial Fleet business.Stakeholder management: identify, assess, prioritize and engage with global stakeholders for the purpose of building a long-term relationship bases on mutual trust.Integrated Business and IT Strategy: working with business and partners to understand and translate business vision and strategy into a documented IT strategy enabled by a portfolio of aligned, integrated and prioritized IT capabilities.Demand Management: acting as a thinking partner to the business and steer them to identify both enabling and fit for purpose IT solutions and services making to ensure an appropriately balance betweenIT spend and added business value.Innovation: working with IT and the business partners to bring "fresh ideas and put to work". This will be achieved through new technology solutions, new or improved partnerships and processes, as well as harvesting the assets including our people.

As global team manager, I ensure that the operational feasibility of new ideas for Loyalty and B2C Payment offers will be analyzed by one of the team members and will be translated into a feasible operational design. The ideas range from seasonal local Loyalty offers specific for one country to multi-year plans encompassing all our Loyalty Programmes. Apart from Loyalty also ideas and offers on the Global Payment landscape will be evaluated on feasibility. I enable my team to help out when projects are not even started or in early development phases and bring business, IT and other stakeholders to work successfully together. I engage with many Global stakeholders when plans for new Loyalty or B2C Payment offers interrelate with or impact their business or IT operations. Deliver the IT services for Europe, East & Oceania for the cards business in those regions.
