For over more than 20 years this wonderful and unique study is giving learning professionals the opportunity to become an e-Learning professional. I'm the designer and head teacher of this one-year educational blended learning program. Since 2021 we are offering this program within FCe (before it was Fontys and Avans Plus).Together with guest lecturers we created a valuable program which consist of evenings on location, a rich learning environment, excursions to e-Learning companies, webinars, hands-on training on creating video and e-learning content, and four practical assignments that will be done in the organisations of the participants.

For 2 days a week I'm working in the KLM MyLearning Team. This team is responsible for the KLM Learning Eco-system. This holds all the learning applications for all the devisions within KLM. Within this Learning Eco-system my focus is on Moodle, Totara and the implementation of a Learning Record Store. I bring in pedagogical, technical/functional and business expertise. I work closely together with the KLM stakeholders and with external partners.I'm working for KLM since 2004. My first big project as an independent e-Learning consultant was in 2016 with the redesign and development of the blended initial training for new Cabin Attendants and in 2017 I worked on the implementation of Performance Support app for the World Business Class (Anytime for You). Since June 2018 I'm a proud member of the MyLearning Team.

Professional Training is the biggest training company in Spain. This Spanish company is offering a wide range of IT training for professionals.I am responsible for setting up Open Learning Centres. For that I implemented a didactical and organizational concept, an LMS, and content.

SPC was a great Dutch IT Training company. Online learning became part of the blended learning approach since 1996/1997. I worked as a trainer, content developer and manager. Specialized in e-Learning elements of the blended solutions.SPC Training became the current Ontuïtive. They are still offering EPSS solutions.
