Graduated in Aerospace Engineering (Aerodynamics and Space), i matured with Doctors degree in aero engine aerodynamics before i widened the view and applied my knowledge and experiences to system simulation in aerospace and complex systems joining ESI as research associate for Systems Simulation.Among aerospace related modeling, the core of my R&D activities focuses on lifecycle integration and digital thread topics with the scope of closing the gap between model based systems engineering and model based design to define how system simulation can be integral part of and bring benefit to product design and verification. In customer projects and prototypes for collaborative, continuous engineering platforms, i represent stakeholder perspective supporting requirements and workflow definition to seamlessly integrate ESI solutions into established ecosystems. Digital continuity and more advanced physical models enriched by several data based methods enable disruptive model predictive applications of digital twins during the operation of a product for the first time.
