It’s my pleasure to guide and support people and organizations with a critical, systemic view on their processes, human(behaviour) and (IT-)systems. As an authentic, creative and emphatic person, I’d like to think ‘out of the box’ and show my skills to create deeper insights. To me processes are meant as guidelines in which we should never forget the human aspect.Due to the digitalization, our society is changing dramatically the past decades. Faced with new challenges and chances, it is my aim to enhance human consciousness. Mirroring people and asking critical questions. By putting well-being first, I am convinced it will have a positive effect on organizational results and prosperity in terms of:- satisfied employees, being loyal and guarantee your organizational continuity- more efficient and simplified processes- satisfied customers (and/or citizens)Globally the focus on humanity would improve the quality of life, which is indirectly also beneficial for our planet and nature. Although we can only achieve this by facing our human imperfections and work together to conquer our personal and global challenges. We need each other in terms of equality, finding the courage to be vulnerable and contribute to ‘the bigger picture’.
