WillBank is a digital bank focused on the unbanked. My mission was to create a new core banking platform. During the period I was there, I did manage core banking related teams and could help them to better understand their business flows and structure in order to mitigate financial transaction losses and problems. The next step would be to create a new software to become the new core banking platform.

Faster is a platform product widely adopted through iFood channels. It delivers centralized communication with customers, analytics events, the customer profile for customer segmentation, and the experimentation platform. Because it is a product available for all Movile group, it runs decoupled from the iFood environment, so the team has total autonomy over the application and infrastructure.The challenge is to manage different teams and their Engineering Managers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and SRE Engineers to improve customer engagement and guarantee alignment with iFood growth objectives.I have three managers direct reporting to me at my responsibility, with about 30 people all over the team.

Kunla will be always at my heart. It has a beautiful business model, focused on social problems, helping women that live on favelas ("slums") to have income. The whole idea was to acquire job positions on the market and leave to those women do the recruitment and if the company hires the selected people we charged the company and pay the women.It is a low-tech company that required an amazing effort to learn about communication, empathy and resilience.

It was not my first endeavour but was the first that I had the opportunity to get closer to investors and all the startup ecosystem in Brazil.Indra has a solution that deliver location-based content and drives digital marketing with consumers mobility behavior. It was based on a mobile application module that collaborates with third party applications to acquire and store consumer data on their mobility habits, transportation frequency, route preferences and real time location.We got investment and after almost 3 years I had my exit and left the company.

In my years working at Accenture I had the opportunity to learn what delivery commitment means. Working on many projects across distinct companies and industries I could, as an architect, be part of huge transformations on our clients since the channels until the backoffice systems and managing very high skilled and committed teams on India, Brazil, Argentina and US.Outstanding achievements:* Solution architect responsible to create a global B2B e-commerce solution for a huge brazilian steel industry player and this solution was one of the first from Accenture to be an web application for the backoffice* Technical architect responsible to create a integration solution that did abstract the mainframe from the distributed systems and gave huge gains on agility to one of the majors bank in Brazil. Because of that, until today they can go to market with new products faster than most of its competitors

At the end of my graduation I had the chance to become an intern on the Embrapa's Nanotechnolagy Laboratory in São Carlos to work with nano-sensors made of carbon. Those sensors should be applied as a way to measure leaf wetness through Embrapa's wireless sensors network (IoT). My work there became my graduation thesis and was based on an interface to interconnect those sensors to the Embrapa's IoT.

During the internet boom in the 2000s, I founded INDRA together with a partner as a website hosting service. As the number of customers increased, demands for digital services arose, such as the construction of websites and some automations, including a digital bookstore and control of service orders. With that, we created a digital platform that allowed us to build online stores quickly as the demands arose. We even had 5 stores. My exit came with the choice of focusing on my engineering graduation at USP.
