About Marcel Jančar

Previously worked as a Fullstack software engineer + PCB designer (working with Altium Designer / OrCAD) for designing and programming testing devices, used in production lines to test final electronic product functionality (ICT and FCT). I have several skills in web technologies such as NodeJS and VueJS as well as proficiency in programming languages such as C, Assembly, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.I have a lot of experience using Linux and bash scripting. My expertise also extends to understanding the booting process of custom embedded platforms, including hands-on experience with FSBL and U-Boot stages. Currently learning new things in embedded world (specifically in Aurix TriCore, Renesas RH850, PowerPC and ARM Cortex architectures). In addition to my core competencies, I am continuously expanding my knowledge in the embedded world and have recently gained expertise in .NET Framework and ASP.NET technology. As a fellow car enthusiast, I have always been fascinated by the mechanics and electronics of vehicles. Over the years, my passion for cars has only grown, and I have learned more about various car electronics protocols, specifically CAN and LIN bus. My personal projects utilize these technologies in the automotive and industrial sectors. I am passionate about staying on the cutting-edge of technology and am currently focused on expanding my knowledge in high-speed signal PCB routing, USB stack and USB Power Delivery implementations. In my spare time, I am working on a personal project - an automotive ECU for air suspension that will be available for all vehicles equipped with air suspension systems. I am also deeply interested in 3D printing and regularly utilize my CAD skills in SOLIDWORKS to bring my designs to life. I am the proud owner of two DIY 3D printers.
