Some of my accomplishments as a mentor are:- Reviewing the students' projects and portfolios, highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement;- Sharing my knowledge and experience in UX design, including best practices, tools, methods, and trends;- Answering the students' questions and doubts, and helping them overcome any challenges or difficulties they face;- Motivating and encouraging the students to pursue their goals and passions in UX design;- Connecting the students with relevant resources, opportunities, and networks in the UX industry.I enjoy being a mentor for UX design because I love seeing the students grow and succeed in their new career paths. I contributed to two innovative projects that received a research allowance (FzulG) from the Federal Ministry of Finance.Some of my key accomplishments include:- Creating a dashboard for financial issuers and advisors with project metrics to improve their project management and success rate.- Building a new design language with an external agency to represent software products as SAAS.- Creating a new design system with external and internal designers, with a step-by-step implementation for development.- Hiring and mentoring a new UI-Designer.- Temporarily managing design projects as a Product Owner to lead a team of developers from drafts to launched products.- Implementing design sprints to increase the UX maturity of the department, building up strong teams of development, product management, business analysis, and design.- Creating and managing company-wide workshops in strategy, product development, and retrospectives.- Creating a new product development process that aligned user and business needs with technology resources.- Improving the information architecture of all existing applications used by internal and external stakeholders, through the analysis of the mental model of our users, and implementing a new navigation system.- Creating a new MiFID-compliant application with PO and DEVs for financial advisors, where they no longer need to use the analog process and are now able to speak with their customers via videoconference to discuss and sign potential investments digitally.
