When a man chooses the profession of psychologist, he must recognise from the start that he is embarking on a path of lifelong learning. My purpose as a work and organisational psychologist is to travel this journey not only to study but also to teach and develop. At the start of my career, I also wanted to learn about the consulting and organisational sides of the HR field. Thus, I learned corporate recruiting, selection, and HR consulting at a head-hunting agency before moving on to an automotive and IT firm.I had to realise that I could support organisations professionally as an external consultant, so I joined the Coaching Team, my current job.I support the coaching team as a junior coach and organisational psychologist. Using my university and research experiences, I am actively involved not only in the operational but also in the research work. Our current research focuses on online, hybrid, and offline training and organisational development solutions.
