I am driven by the goal of democratizing Digitalization, aiming for a future where AI and Data Science tools are accessible to everyone. This ethos is evident in our approach at COMPUTD, where we offer scalable solutions tailored to our partners' growth trajectories.Throughout my tenure, I've had the privilege of partnering with industry stalwarts like Mercedes-Benz, Nike, VDL Nedcar, and Boels. My contributions range from devising an intelligent workforce scheduler for emerging enterprises to spearheading the transition of businesses to state-of-the-art Azure data warehouses.Navigating the digital age, I champion the transformative power of Digitalization, viewing it as the cornerstone of future businesses. My expertise is particularly pronounced in sectors such as Customer Service, Automotive, and Retail.

Working as a reporting specialist at the Mercedes-Benz CAC, my main responsibilities were creating and managing databases, employing classification and clustering methods, creating a text mining based email classification tool, and I was part of the newly formed and experimental data science team. Additionally, through my Microsoft Office and Visual Basic for Applications experience, I streamlined some line business processes. Due to my employment with the Process Management and Standardization team, I took part in many projects in varying roles.

I have completed an Internship at the Mercedes-Benz CAC in cooperation with Maastricht University over the course of my MSc degree, where I created a new methodology on how to capture symptoms the customer gives an agent in real time. My results have been turned into a tool that is currently under testing at the CAC.

Part time internship in the Process Management department of the Mercedes-Benz CAC, where I was responsible to develop and maintain databases and to support the specialists in their everyday tasks with my Microsoft Office and programming knowledge.

I was a teaching assistant for Data Mining given at the University College Maastricht. I was responsible for leading labs, assessing assignments, and providing feedback and insights into data mining methods to students.

Event organization for prospective students, presenting and representing the faculty, the study and the university through speed dates, school visits, open days and information fairs.

Providing breakdown assistance and customer service to Hungarian customers all over Europe and European customers in Hungary. I was responsible for facilitating communication between customers and dealers, between other markets and the Hungarian headquarters, for recording customer expectation and providing solutions in a timely manner.
