I am working at TATA Consultancy Services as a Desktop System Administrator, however since my joining I have advanced my skills, and got the opportunity to take on more demanding tasks, such as helping out our server team in both Microsoft and Linux server related procedures.In 2019, I have been assigned with the task of preparing a new location abroad, where no TCS office was previously. Setting up the office with devices from the ground up for a new client was rather challenging, but I have carried the deputation out successfully in the short, 3 days of time I have been given, with maximum client satisfactory.At the beginning of the global pandemic, my team has carried out the preparation and dispatch of IT devices for over 2500 employees. Installing and auditing every security component on each device to keep corporate security standards, whilst allowing every employee to seamlessly continue their delivery.In the coming years, many new processes have been implemented in order to further enhance the quality of our support to boost customer satisfaction, which we have successfully achieved based on feedback surveys.
