- Responsible for the S&OP cycle, by planning production volumes and capacity, using demand forecast;- Team Leader of bi-annually program OD (Operational Development) on Volvo CE Pederneiras;- Maintenance of MRP parameters for Material Planning on SAP R/3;- Delivery planning of fabricated components to Customer Support, Aftermarket and other group plants through Item Delivery process (SAP R/3);- Development and implementation of new procurement methods for material purchasing on SAP R/3 (pull systems: Kanban, JIT/JIS, Reorder Point, etc.);- Actions driven on Inventory reduction and control activities, achieving up to 70% decreasing of inventory for some suppliers (Inventory Turns KPI);- Coordination of aggressive actions on Slow-Moving items and Excess material, increasing Turnovers and releasing Cash Flow.
