Assisting the National Accounting teams in Charlotte, Dallas, and Sacramento with continuous process improvement for all accounting functions including Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Lease Administration. My primary focus will be on improving the way Colliers operates on a day to day basis through greater utilization of current and future technology, implementing best practices, systems integration and training/development; constantly with an eye towards helping our team to gain efficiencies and to “work smarter, not harder”. I joined the Colliers International team in June of 2010. My original focus was on the start-up of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for REMS in the Dallas based Central Region Accounting office, later focusing on the AR and Lease Admin functions. My goal in the previous roles was always to facilitate the day to day operations with an eye to gaining efficiency where possible.

• Daily audit of invoices entered by six AP Coordinators, reviewing for accuracy and adherence to internal policy and procedures • Review, process, and enter corporate consolidated invoices using two-way match PO system • Review expense reports for compliance and enter into system • Enter standard and medical invoices, 1500 minimum average per month• Assist external auditors in evidence retrieval and clarification• Systems used BEST/MAS500 and Docklink Workflow

• Six (6) years as Accounts Payable Coordinator and two (2) years as Accounts Receivable Coordinator • Prepare, enter, and pay invoices in a full cycle environment• ~ 3000 checks processed and mailed per quarter in multiple currencies• Receive tenant payments, prepare, and process deposits• Post payments, one time charges, and recurring charges to tenant’s ledgers • Regional accounting system and policy and procedure trainer• Maintained AR, AP, and Vendor W-9 filing • Assisted in preparation and generation of 1099s• Systems used MRI, Skyline, and AMSI
