One Ocean is a clean, clinically proven, marine based, beauty and wellness company. The company, an innovator in biotech and sustainability, was acquired by The Craftory a UK investment group in 2020, 2 years after launch. By leveraging cutting edge natural biotechnology and committing to radical accountability, One Ocean challenged and disrupted the clean beauty market and helped to drive a new era in beauty and conscious consumerism. Cacci was named one of 25 people "Transforming the Beauty Industry" by WWD, was a key speaker at the WWD CEO Beauty Summit and named a BioTech Trailblazer by Oprah. The firm’s financial clients/partners include Texas Pacific Group (TPG), Goldman Sachs, Change Capital Partners. Ms. Cacci is a global leader with a proven track record in identifying, developing and optimizing brand/asset potential. She has more than 25 years’ experience and has held senior level positions at both international and publicly traded companies. Ms. Cacci’s diversified background includes some of the most prestigious names in the luxury fashion and beauty sectors. Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Cacci was Global President of Burberry Beauty based in Paris. Credited with developing the division into a billion dollar asset. Ms. Cacci served on the Executive Operating Committee of Burberry as Senior Vice President of Global Licensing and Business Development based in the London headquarters and was instrumental in taking the company public. Prior to Burberry, Ms. Cacci served as Managing Director of Etro, President of Trussardi and Commercial Director at Giorgio Armani.
