I work for the Director of Finance. My duties include receipting/depositing funds and reconciling bank accounts, preparing documents for the Board of Education, filing, maintain property/casualty insurance policies and claims and numerous other miscellaneous duties.

I began as secretary to the plant manager when the company was called CRC Pipeline. After their merger with Evans Pipeline, I transferred to the sales department as their secretary. Later, I was asked to move to the personnel department, which was a one-person office. Duties included screening applicants, orientation of new employees, tracking benefits, heading up safety committee, served on the Credit Union board, and planned annual employee picnic.

Secretary to the Personnel Director, compiled/typed correspondence as necessary, screened applicants, tracked benefits, processed employee insurance registrations/claims, assisted receptionist as needed, planned company annual picnic, etc.
