Cycle instructor for a beat based group fitness class

I have been committed to changing my lifestyle through fitness and nutrition for many years. I am dedicated to staying on this continuum through total body strength training and a balanced diet. I grew up an athlete and eventually found her joy in running and group fitness classes, such as, cycling, boxing, boot camp, and climbing. I am transitioning from being the student to instructor so I can share my journey with others. I want to inspire others to set goals and make whole body changes. My enthusiasm for group rhythmic fitness classes is motivating and you will find yourself addicted to my beat based classes.

DJ for clubs, bars and special events. (Weddings, Sporting events, Parties) DJ Lady Lu has been a prominent DJ in the San Francisco Bay-Area music scene since 2002. She has become known for her proficiency in many genres, including Hip Hop, Top 40 Rap, EDM, Soul & Funk, Moombahton, Reggaeton, Dancehall and many more. SPIN, A Ping Pong Social Club and Oeste, Oakland are some amazing venues she currently DJs at. Not just a DJ, Lady Lu promoted and hosted Bay Area events and continues to serve as a resident DJ for many local parties such as Mango SF, one of the longest running queer parties in the Bay Area. With her high-energy sets, seamless blends and quick mixing, Lady Lu has toured in U.S. cities and her career spans across the globe. She has shared the turntables with many influential artists. She continues to make her mark on the DJ scene among the many talented female artists today.
