We perform master planning for facilities and campuses, architectural and interior design for hospital specialty departments, patient rooms, operating suites, ambulatory care facilities, and medical office buildings.

Developed new business, retained and grew current accounts, provided internal project oversight and client advocacy, and supported the president with operations management for this full service advertising and marketing agency.

Provided management consulting for Fortune 500 clients, specializing in the development of external relationship management programs. Implemented research among business, government and community leaders, then interpreted data and designed programs to increase customer loyalty and marshal support for regulatory and legislative objectives. HRN was subsequently acquired by Burson Marsteller.
