• Serve as subject matter expert and project specialist under MMTC’s Department of Labor (DOL) contract with National Urban League (NUL) and 12 regional NUL Affiliates to promote, expand, and diversify Registered Apprenticeship programs for underrepresented populations.• Aggregate program success metrics and data; write and edit monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual contract-related reports, case studies, and presentations.• Design, write, and edit outreach materials, including flyers, fact sheets, newsletters, and digital narratives; promote these materials on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.• Develop presentations and conduct web-based and in-person trainings, explaining technical information in Layman’s terms, such as 29 CFR 30 EEO guidelines, for employers and partners.• Plan apprenticeship-related events for MMTC, NUL, and DOL, and speak at such events for MMTC and partners across the country.
