- Responsible for optimising Maersk Line’s mainline schedules on assigned strings/services. - Co-ordinating proforma schedule changes and implementation between Trade and Management teams, LOCs and other internal and external stakeholders- Ensure services are optimised for cost, but are also commercially viable and operationally executable- Assist as necessary in creating cargo flow plans- Establishing follow-up loops with internal and external stakeholders- Follow-up on services already in production to ensure they are executed as planned- Assisting and coordinating in hub berth plan changes- Forecasting bunker consumption quarterly - Following up on bunker consumption, vessel efficiency, TEU days development monthly and reporting it- conducting monthly pro forms schedule execution meetings with LOC, ensuring proformas are updated and reflecting correct move counts/ port stays distances and speeds - bunker consumption and proformas execution reporting to senior management- initiating proformas optimization so with network design and LOC marine and capacity colleagues- Participate in varios fuel efficiency initiatives- Implemeting 2M schedules

- management of delivery and redelivery for chartered vessels,- managing off-hire and dry-docking for vessel and ensuring that is done with minimal impact,- managing off-hires, claims and other expenses are updated and compensated towards Maersk Line from external vessel owners,- Ensure that proactive steps are taken to ensure operations optimization in order to reduce cost,- Ensure that casualty meetings are chaired/attended with coordinating with group relations, claims, marketing, Network and Product ensuring that overall best decision is taken from a Maersk Line perspective in accordance with Safe Operations and APMM values,- daily reporting and all taks relating to approving costs,- responsible for global operational decisions outside LOC or SITROOM authority, are taken in line with Maersk Line strategy and values, elevating major decisions to Maersk Line senior management for approval,- responsible for off hire and other claims are handled properly, initiating legal actions where needed, or settling amicably, depending on overall financial best proposition to Maersk Line,- ensure the organization at all times is fully briefed on operational matters as appropriate
