My experience at Burberry was extensive. -I was responsible for cultivating relationships with customers and meeting their needs.-Inventory control to help support sales-Meeting and exceeding planned sales-Training, I was responsible for training new team members. -Digital sales. When I joined, the team was a weak performer. With the permission of Management, I generated never before seen reports to follow sales, forecast plans to exceed sales plan and streamline our sales process. -I was made responsible to train sales team members and management on my new reports and sales strategies to drive digital sales.-Digital Sales. Once my plan was put in place, met and far exceeded the 400% increase in sales that our company set for us.-Digital Sales: As a best practice I set up a morning coffee meeting where the entire digital team got together and shared best practices to drive sales. This as well as all the strategies and reports I proposed are still used as best practices by the company.Since leaving work for Motherhood I've continued to expand my knowledge. I'm currently involved in studying computer programming as well as self-teaching through reading. My skills being a mother have been helpful in many ways as far as maximising my time, pre-planning for events and the selfless work needed to achieve goals for my family.
