At MDS Group, a multinational founded in Portugal and specialized in risk consulting and insurance, I work as a key role in driving HR strategies.My work covers several areas within the Human Resources area, with a main focus on Internal Communication, Training & Development, Endomarketing, Quality of Life programs, and also Recruitment & Selection, conducting interviews in English to assess the level of proficiency of candidates in the language. I am responsible for the intermediation and translation of materials between English and Portuguese, facilitating communication between global teams.
