As the Enrolment Team Manager at Active Study, my role involves overseeing the operations and performance of the enrolment team. I am responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals dedicated to assisting clients and students in their journey towards achieving their educational and career goals.One of my key responsibilities is conducting regular project meetings with the enrolment team. These meetings serve as a platform for discussing ongoing projects, reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and brainstorming strategies to enhance our services. By fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team, I ensure that everyone is aligned with our objectives and working towards delivering exceptional results.In addition to managing the enrolment team, I also handle the processing of visas, including the Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa and Visitor (subclass 600) visa, for our international students. This involves liaising with immigration authorities, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and providing guidance and support to students throughout the application process.Furthermore, our assistance extends beyond academic enrolment, as we provide comprehensive support to students both before and after their studies. This includes guidance on visa applications, accommodation arrangements, cultural adaptation, and career development opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition into and out of their educational experience with us.I compile and deliver comprehensive weekly reports to the Director, offering updates on enrolment activities, team performance, key metrics, as well as visa processing status. These reports inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in our enrolment processes and visa services, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our students.
