Adapting Global Equipment and Software Solutions for the ANZ market, in a customer-direct environment to deliver year-on-year growth. Market analysis and product vision as well as pricing, quality topics and stock planning. Providing internal and external training and education to support new and existing customers.

Various roles in Product Management looking after Dental Chairs and Dental Imaging Equipment. Development and implementation of marketing strategies across the ANZ business. Collaboration with National Sales team to ensure overall sales target achievement. In-house and in-field product training and education for sales force to ensure delivery of sales targets and meeting individual performance goals. Close collaboration with Dentsply Sirona's factory as well as 3rd party suppliers to ensure local adaptation of pricing, product offering and stock levels. Management of quality concerns in collaboration with QARA department. Direct involvement with customers for trouble-shooting and solutions. Product Trainings and Events for customer groups of up to 100 attendees.
