• Lead the marketing team and collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams.
• Conduct market research and implement growth strategies for B2B and B2C segments.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and create targeted content for each branch.
• Track campaign performance, provide insights, optimize and adopt innovative marketing technologies and trends.

• Leading both in-house team of 8 employees and external experts on differentmarketing campaigns (eDM, PR, SEO, SM, Content, Events, PPC)
• Re-structure of marketing activities, defining new buyer personas, creating detailed customer journey map, optimized campaigns for new target groups, introducing KPIs and riporting

• Assess existing operations for a smooth introduction of same-day delivery
• Analysing the cornerstones of the project, finding bottlenecks, removing blockers
