Em sua trajetória profissional, desenvolveu técnicas especiais e personalizadas para ensinar estrangeiros com diferentes necessidades de conhecimento cultural e de idioma, como o português do Brasil para turistas, atuou e atua em empresas de grande porte como a Rio 2016, OMEGA, Capgmini, Repsol,CNODC e a Crane e também em instituições como o Consulado da Noruega e a ONG Action Aid, onde trabalhou com executivos, diplomatas, correspondentes e consultores de mais de 30 nacionalidades. Com o Fala Brasil, Marcelle trouxe para o Rio de Janeiro um modelo inovador de ensino, embasado nas necessidades individuais do estrangeiro para se estabelecer no país e faz parte de um movimento crescente a favor de empresas mais sustentáveis e socialmente responsáveis, pois acredita que um mundo melhor começa com a forma de se fazer negócios e na troca entre diferentes culturas.

I am a businesswoman and have been running a company since 2011 that supports international companies to establish themselves in Brazil by teaching Brazilian culture for business and the Portuguese language.My search for self-knowledge and expansion of consciousness came long before becoming a businesswoman. It was a soul calling that I have always felt.This calling was what made me start my company by listening to my intuition, even without having business knowledge. And my ancestral and personal development knowledge taught me how to be a businesswoman. It was like remembering who I was, being present to learn from experiences and still trusting above all else. And always seek my personal development.It was through learning to lead using feminine energy that I understood its power. Feminine power is in caring and nurturing and bringing grace and beauty. It is an extremely magnetic energy that takes place without much effort.More than 20 years of searching for knowledge. I was initiated into various wisdoms such as the enneagram, Mayan oracles, Law of Time, multidimensional healing, Council of the Elders of the thirteen moons - An ancient knowledge passed from women to women, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and many others. I use all my knowledge in practice in the way I lead my team and run my company.I live a constant search within myself and I constantly travel the world seeking knowledge. I dedicate my life to seeking knowledge that helps me remember who I am so I can heal the parts of myself that need healing, and I can fulfill more and more of my soul's purpose. And so I can inspire those around me to do the same. I often bring knowledge through enneagram feedback, readings, soul maps and oracles, workshops and sacred feminine retreats for personal development and expansion of consciousness.
