Homemaker Prospect is a big box retail centre with approximately 30 tenants.The centre manager role for both sites is to guide and facilitate a small team to thrive in their roles to deliver financial returns to the owner and to drive tenant performance. Key tasks:Management of capital expenditure planning, projects and budgets; management of operations expenditure and compliance; management of arrears; strategy development with leasing and marketing and asset management teams; retailer performance and compliance; team and centre performance

 Lake Haven Shopping Centre is a sub-regional shopping Centre anchored by Aldi, Coles, Kmart and Woolworths with 11 mini majors and 120 specialty stores and services. The role of the Retail and Marketing Manager is essentially to drive visitation and sales to the Centre, to analyse customer data and external market data, to support retailers with their marketing and business strategy. The role involves strategic asset planning for the Centre, budget management, delivering promotions and campaigns, project management, communications, community engagement, brand management, research, staff mentoring and management

 In 2010 Kooindah Waters Golf and Spa resort was a residential golf resort and function centre developed by Investa. The 18 hole golf course was managed by Troon Golf, and the Resort by Mantra Group. The role of the Marketing Manager was to develop a strategic plan for the site and manage communications, PR and increase sales.

Penrith, Newcastle, Cardiff And Port Macquarie

 From 2007 - 2012 The Panthers Group encompassed 14 licenced clubs throughout NSW, Panthers NRL Football team, a golf course, Nepean Shores function and accommodation centre and Penrith Chifley Hotel. The role of the Regional Marketing Manager (Hunter and Hastings) encompassed the responsibility for the Hunter and Hastings clubs strategic planning, budget management, project management, overseeing delivery of group and localized advertising and promotions, communications, community and stakeholder engagement, brand management and membership. There were two clubs in the Hunter being Newcastle and Cardiff Panthers and two in the Hastings being Port Macquarie Panthers, and Port Macquarie Sports Club.

Rozelle, Nsw

 At the time of my employment Balmain Leagues Club was a medium to large club with, 120 staff and 18,000 members. The Club traded 21 hours – 7 days per week. The Club’s range of facilities included: 2 bar areas, bottle shop, merchandising, Club TAB, Club Keno, Café, Bistro, three dedicated function rooms and a fitness centre. The role of the IT and Marketing Manager was a senior role in the organization and encompassed the responsibility for the organisations communications, management of the information network, control of marketing and brand strategy, and membership and management and leadership of staff.
