HR-Shared Services (Travel Coordinator)In charge with day-to-day business travel arrangements both for local and international trips of TPUSA employees.Resolves travel issues real time for travelers. Keeps track of the travel budget allocated per EVP Produces weekly travel reports Reconciliates all travel and budget related documents monthly

Job Description:-Responsible for client on-boarding/project kick-off, calibration, job posting, sourcing, paper screening, phone or Skype interviews, interview scheduling, and reports generation.-Create and publish job posts via job platforms-Coordinate with internal teams to develop and distribute recruitment campaigns-Provide local or remote recruitment-sourcing support to recruitment partners-Onboard and calibrate recruitment partners on Kalibrr on PPH process/SOPs-Assist in increasing talent pipelines by using multiple channels, databases, and other sources-Pre-screen resumes and profiles and provide recruitment partners a list of shortlisted candidates
