Accounts: Including invoicing and payment of accounts.Running and booking of all functions and major events. Directing Staff. Stock Taking: Performing stock takes and keeping track of supplies. Website Maintenance: Set up of our current website and the weekly maintenance. Social Media: Managing the clubs current social media accounts. Marketing: Organizing club marketing promotions including. Including graphics design, newsletters and organizing advertisements (Online, print and radio).Programming, set up and maintaining of club tills. Membership: Reconciliation of club memberships and gym memberships.
