Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, my role was responsible for creating and delivering the People & Culture strategy across 10 business divisions within the USA (New York and Texas) and nationally across Australia. Director, Human Resources at Fox Network Group and National Geographic Australia, and concurrently, the integration and transformation leader at National Geographic / Fox Networks Group / The Walt Disney Company (Direct-To-Consumer group) across South East Asia and Australia following Disney’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox.As a member of the HR and executive leadership teams, my primary focus was to integrate the National Geographic divisions (Channels, Travel Expedition, Digital, and Consumer Products) as well as the Fox Networks Group (Streaming, Digital and Broadcast) divisions into the Walt Disney Company across South East Asia and Australia. My responsibilities included; organisation design and implementation, synergy and workforce planning, change management, internal communication, talent mapping and acquisition, leadership development, HR consultation and implementing wellness programs, supporting employees through change.

Provided commercial, strategic and operational Human Resources services across various industry sectors from start-ups through to SME's in FMCG, NFP, and the NSW Public Services Sector. Key Achievements:- Developed and implemented a company-wide digital transformation and reorganization, pivoting the core business to online/digital, providing synergy savings of $3.6M.- Assessor for the NSW Government (PSC) senior-level recruitment pools and graduate programs.- Coached and mentored CEO's and leadership teams through M&A's, integration and cultural change, ensuring engagement was maintained and financial goals were achieved. - Facilitated workshops with executive teams to identify high-yield strategies, ensuring commercial targets were achieved through change. - Continued in a consulting capacity concurrently whilst working for National Geographic/Fox Network Group Australia.

HR responsibility across the Asia Pacific region with a combined divisional revenue of $1b+ with an employee population of 500. Markets included: Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and China. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources based in Los Angeles, and partnered with the EVP’s and Managing Directors in a matrix environment, across 4 business divisions with full strategic and operational responsibilities for the People function.Key Achievements:- Led the digital transformation and change management program across the APAC region, establishing new growth markets (such as South Korea).- Leadership Transformation - increased executive leadership capability, established a high engagement and performance culture that resulted in an 85% churn reduction and revenue growth of approx. 35%. - Established a WFOE (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise) in Beijing, China to distribute US product within Greater China.- Restructured and transformed the Japanese Home Entertainment business, reducing headcount and providing overhead savings- Designed and delivered the Global Succession Planning framework which launched within 5 markets (Australia, Germany, France, Nordics and the UK). - Reduced cost & legal exposure associated with 3rd Party vendors & contractors to 100% compliance with an overall savings of A$500K. - Facilitated the launch of Shared Services in APAC to service and optimise global initiatives.
