As the Senior Customer Engagement Executive, I am responsible for driving enhanced customer success by providing customers and partners with targeted enablement. I provide high-touch strategic account management and best practices ensuring their engagements and product deployments are successful. Maintain and grow customer satisfaction, renewal rates, cross-functional collaboration and long-term executive engagement and sponsorship. My goal is to ensure we are providing excellent service and to increase the value derived by customers. Responsible for retention of revenue within portfolio and positioning of the value proposition to leverage adoption of solutions and services necessary to support customer life cycle strategies and goals. Collaborate and build trust-based relationships at the executive level through a relationship strategy focused on mutual success and maximizing the value for customers and SAP.

Betreft samenwerking met klanten en partners om ervoor te zorgen dat de verkoop en implementatie van educatieve projecten met betrekking tot SAP-dienstenoplossingen en bedrijfsprocessen succesvol verlopen. Deze functie speelt een cruciale rol bij het bevorderen van positieve klant- en partnerrelaties en draagt bij aan hun algehele bedrijfssucces. De kernverantwoordelijkheden omvatten het ontwikkelen van opleidingsoplossingen, het bieden van adviserende ondersteuning aan klanten bij het plannen, uitwerken en leveren van opleidingen en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de trainingsproducten en -diensten. Daarnaast houdt de rol in het identificeren en definiëren van trainingsbehoeften, doelstellingen van klanten, terwijl strategieën worden geïmplementeerd om de omzetdoelstellingen te behalen.In deze rol was ik ook verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het SAP Education sales team.
