Connecting our customers to the right people and information they need to solve their business problem through our software solutions. Optimising the customer experience through consistent, proactive customer service, customer experience mapping, development of process and documentation for the end to end customer experience life cycle. Managing customer on-boarding, training, knowledge base content creation, continuous improvement, voice of the customer, reporting and subscription growth and renewals.
