CurrentKey Responsibilities:》Leading First-tier Tribunal (FTT) Proceedings:Effectively manage and conduct FTT proceedings, ensuring clients and RMG are consistently updated about potential risks and liabilities.》Lease and Transfer Analysis:Perform comprehensive analysis of leases and/or transfers to provide informed advice on maintenance responsibilities, boundary issues, covenant breaches, service charge structures, and other related queries.》Guidance on Section 20 Major Works Consultation:Provide informed advice on the legal implications of the process, and when necessary, proficiently conduct Section 20za dispensation applications to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.》Dispute Resolution and Complaint Support:Evaluate and provide detailed analysis to aid in the resolution of disputes and support complaint procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.》Service Charge Structure Investigation:Investigate existing service charge structures to verify their adherence to the stipulations of the leases and/or transfers.
