As a criminal lawyer, in my twenty years of activity I have gained vast experience in the field of corporate criminal law. In particular, I have had the opportunity to defend clients that were subjected to criminal proceedings for tax, corporate and financial crimes, crimes against the Public Administration, in the field of intellectual and industrial property, environmental crimes, those related to health and safety at work and, in general, corporate criminal law and medical negligence offenses. I offer advice and assistance, both judicial and extrajudicial, to Italian and foreign companies on matters related to compliance and administrative liability arising from crimes, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01. Furthermore, I have developed specific expertise in the drafting and implementation of organizational models. I have carried out defensive investigation activities - also in a perspective of prevention - pursuant to the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure, with the aim of collecting elements to be used for defense in court as well as identifying possible violations committed by third parties and/or employees, especially in the interest of companies which are aggrieved parties.I am president and member of several Supervisory Bodies, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, for multinational companies. I am often sent as a speaker to seminars and conferences on issues related to corporate criminal law and administrative liability arising from crimes and, as a teacher, to training courses for Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
