From initial launch in 2006 I have played a leading role in growing the business which now has three studios’, each with its own exclusive client base and working on one off individual private client projects as well as high end multiple room contracts. Nominated consistently over the last 4 years for national and international design awards the brand has established itself as one of the leading and go to companies for luxury kitchen and furniture design in this country.

Responsible for ensuring the success of the studio by leading the design and sales team and ensuring both personal and studio targets where achieved consistently. Managing the team and developing the skill set of the team members as they progress through the business.Leading the development of product design throughout the business, working alongside bespoke manufacturers in the UK and abroad to create unique kitchen and furniture designs for the studios and our clients.

Working as a sales designer I was responsible for maximising the opportunity of every walk-in lead and client recommendation that came through the business. Seeing each project through from initial site visit and measure, through to the ordering stage and managing the on-site installation team and trades.With the support of the business owners I was able to push my creativity at every opportunity whilst establishing a clear understanding of the importannce between creativity & commerciality

Producing hand drawn plans, elevations and perspectives to support the team with the designing and selling of high end handmade bespoke kitchens and furniture.
