During my appointment in Alliance Healthcare, the Pharmaceutical Wholesale Division of Walgreens Boots Alliance with Revenue of over $20b and Operating Income of c.$500m, I gathered deep knowledge of the wholesale/retail distribution channels which I applied to deliver significant business improvements.I served as member of the Board of Directors for the integration of two major retail pharmacy networks in Latin America (acquired by Alliance Boots in 2014). During this integration I assessed the Supply Chain operations to fulfil the 1,400 stores businesses with combined revenue of about $1b.
