Ashland bought a local based Plastic distributor in Milano and another company in Gorla Maggiore (VA) with compound capacity enter the Italian market to become one of the plastic distribution leader.My role was Country Sales manager responsible for a turnover of 20 Mio € and managing a team of 4 sales rep and 4 internal customer service people. Responsibilities in that role were sales targets, margin targets, setting up pricing, sales planning and forecasts, and product purchase of all plastic material.
