Human Cyber Readiness Against Evolving Threats: we empower organizations to increase, measure and demonstrate human capabilities in every part of their cybersecurity. I played the role of Senior Presales Architect coverying the Italian country, driving all presales activities for TOP customers, like Public Gov entities, SOGEI, Telecom Italia, Italian DOD, Bank Of Italy, Banca Intesa, Banca Monte Paschi di Siena, ENEL, ENI, TERNA. I was also SpokePerson for the country involved in many public events, speeches and round tables with customers, presentations. Main project was related to a big Italian Government entity to deploy the IMMERSIVE Cloud Platform, integrated with one console to upskill, monitor and assess the internal employees divided in three different departments, from SOC to Cyber Intelligence, and program development team. Each Team was tied to a specific upskill journey, defined considering the internal security goals, time range, complexity and skills assessment. During my employment i was able to achieve more than 20 security certifications and pass more than 500 of security LABS within the Immersive Platform, all of them have a plublic link, and i was ranked one of the three TOP in the EMEA team tech people in terms of security scoring.

Working as Senior Presales Manager in McAfee/Trellix, I was managing and inspiring the presales team through “leading by example” working also as Senior presales for TOP Enterprise customers; Part of my job was: define winning strategy to penetrate TOP Enterprise customers against competition, helping customers mitigate/solve their pains, to reach a better security posture.As a senior presales manager I was planning and constantly monitoring the activities of the presales engineers, with focus on the most critical ones in terms of business revenues, with the goal to align presales efforts to the country sales targets. I was also responsible for all the country technical escalations for critical deals. Part of my duties was to promote collaboration and teamwork helping each team members of the presales team to grow in their technical area, enabling sharing of technical information/experience.Top Customers:• Bank of Italy: I was in charge of Bank of Italy since 2004, where I continuously worked not just as presales but as Security Advisory and Business Developer.• Telecom Italia: this was the main Italian customer for Network Security/SIEM that McAfee has in Italy, thanks to my continuous efforts and technical advisor role. • POSTE Italiane: main Italian customer for EndPoint and Compliance protection adopting McAfee solutions also for Network Security. I worked for this customer interacting mainly with the CSO Team and CTO Team.• ENEL: I started working with this customer for specific goal, the protection for SCADA environment, where I got success partnering with Accenture.• TERNA: For this customer I lead SCADA Protection project and I contributed to Security protection also for IT side. • Italian DOD: I started since the beginning within McAfee, providing consultancy, high level presentations and POCs.• Italian RailWay Group: I promoted and created the distributed security architecture based on advanced endpoint protection and web security.
