Worked as Scrum Master to lead a team of 4 developers and 1 tester to deliver a CMS, holding content in 13 languages, for a leading betting company in the UK. Communicated regularly with different stakeholders from both the performing and customer organisations to ensure project visibility. Used Continuous Integration tools and practices. Training the team into Zend Framework, Test driven development, code standards, documentation and inducted stakeholders into the Scrum process.

Implemented a SSO integrating SugarCRM, SilverStripe and a bespoken Framework. Designed a Release Management system and coached a team of 7 to work with it. Wrote a library to easy access a number of Web Services from a game provider. Designed a Content Management System for a leading betting company in the UK.
