CurrentKey Achievements• Best Store Manager of 2018 for Rivoli Prestige Division• Best Team of the Year of 2019 for Rivoli Prestige Division• Achieved a successful Annual growth rate in the last 6 years at 3 different boutiques (Deira City Centre, Mall of Emirates & Mirdif City Centre).• Set up and successfully ran 2 exhibitions in the last 2 years, while managing existing boutique in the same mall.Responsibilities• Meeting and exceeding sales, individual and boutique targets.• Ensuring the highest standards in luxury customer experience.• Developing and maintaining personalized customer relationship, on an on-going basis.• Coordinate with customer care to ensure the best after sales service is provided to all clients.• Having an in-depth knowledge of the brand and a good knowledge of competing brands.• Create an appeasing boutique through visual merchandising with the guidelines of the brand.• Ensuring adequate stock levels at all times, by constantly working together with the Brand team and effectively controlling inventory.• Developing a cohesive, fully trained and motivated team to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basis.• Training and mentoring new members of the team and developing future managers and supervisors to ensure growth within the organization.
