- Was responsible for managing claims of industrial projects through the application of PMI, developing and delivering solutions to internal customers.- Administrated the startup of the production plant (Opal) with a budget of R$ 21 million through process planning and installation, assembly and automation of productive lines, as well as ovens and production equipment.- Has installed the entire structure of utilities as gases, air, and medium voltage electricity to the factory through engineering adaptations together with Environmental and Facilities teams.- Planned and managed budget, project CAPEX and KPIs, looking to develop projects and deliver it according to the established assembly deadlines.- Managed production of flexible packages together with finished products, ensuring its physical integrity according to productive and quality control.- Performed in purchasing processes, covering development and homologation of suppliers, process restructuring, payment control and procure to pay application, reducing costs with productive inputs.- Administrated the disassembly of a factory in São Paulo, being responsible for transferring its machinery and technology, demolishing the building and environmental remediation of the space.
