Partner, Head Of Branded Entertainment.
My main goal at Sentimental was developing a new business segment for the producer, well recognized and awarded mostly for her advertising work.Contact with major advertising agencies, brands and broadcasting companies (pay TV, open TV and digital platforms).Focused on building new formats and telling stories to brands, always focused on growing their performance. The breakeven point was reached in 2018, generated by content projects for brands such as: Volkswagen, Itaú, Unilever, Casas Bahia, Magazine Luiza, among others. We won the 2017 Caboré Award and our work for Magazine Luiza received two Effie Awards.
Vice President
My main challenge was to improve the quality of work for clients such as Vivo, Grupo Petrópolis (Itaipava, Crystal, TNT), Honda, Casas Bahia, Boeringher, Danone, LG, Blue Bradesco, Cielo, Bic and others.I had a significant role improving the digital mindset to the clients. I was invited by Facebook to be part of the Instagram Movers Program, Twitter made its first campaigns at Y&R, and the Petropolis Group first invested in Google.Active participation in contract negotiations and pitches.
Head Of Accounts
Initially I was hired as Account Director of Skol. The brand was already the leader of the Brazilian market and during this period, achieved one of its best historical results, increasing its popularity and preference. The digital platform was one of the most successful cases in Brazil and one of the biggest references to date.Since 2013, Skol has become the most valuable brand in Brazil. In 2014, Skol became Latin America's most valuable brand, reaching a valuation of $ 8.5 billion (up 20% from 2014 to 2015 / Millward Brown). The brand has been Top Of Mind for the last 20 years. In 2011, I also took Nike account, developing various strategies and great campaigns, some of them awarded at the world's leading advertising festivals. In October, I was nominated for the Caboré Prize, as one of the top three service professionals in the Brazilian advertising market. In the same period, I was promoted as the Head of Accounts, getting involved directly with major client projects such as Procter & Gamble, Carrefour, Honda, Trident, Sadia, Lenovo, Nissin, Google, Sure, Electrolux, Novartis, Mizuno, Leica, etc.In 2013 and 2014 the agency achieved its best historical billing results and won several awards for its work, including the unprecedented Leica Film Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival.
Account Director Business Development
My first job at the Advertising Industry was at Talent Propaganda, as the account Director of Semp Toshiba.I have developed some of the first merchandising actions at Big Brother Brasil at TV Globo.Developed point-of-sales, incentive and retail campaigns.
Director Marketing Products
Initially I was responsible for the Marketing of the iBest portal. I have developed some campaigns with advertising agencies and participated in the development of two iBest Awards.Brasil Telecom promoted integration with iG and BRTurbo. The head office was moved to São Paulo and I was responsible for iBest and iG in the Marketing and Products. The focus was on bringing new revenue to iBest through value-added services such as email and the connection accelerator among others.I was also part of the editorial team, responsible for the content of both portals.
Executive Managing Director
I was the Executive Managing Director of JBOnline, responsible for all operations of the portal of Jornal do Brasil, a very traditional media company from Rio de Janeiro.Jornal do Brasil was facing a very hard situation with the dramatic reduction in its circulation. A large investor took over the operation of the newspaper and tried to clean up the business by reducing its entire publishing and administrative structure. The digital operation had a very strategic role for revenue generation. We made a spinoff, left the Jornal do Brasil building and operated independently, with a separate P&L.I have developed several Branded Content projects for some of our advertisers and signed a major hosting agreement with Terra Networks.I led the negotiation with some news agencies like France Press, Associated Press and Reuters, making a new deal to the whole company (JBOnline and also Jornal do Brasil).I led a newsroom of 35 people who started to produce content not only for the online, but also for the printed newspaper too.
Business Owner
I started a technology company with two partners, focused on the digital "middle market".We developed three main products, following the experience we had at Lokau.com and the Oracle platform: a content editor, e-commerce checkout, and a customer database management system. We started developing an e-learning platform for Losango (Finance Company) and when we were doing a roadshow to some potential investors, I received a great job proposal to implement our technology solutions and to be the Director of Jornal do Brasil Online.
Director Product Business Development
I was one of the leaders of the first e-commerce revolution in Brazil, on Lokau.com - an eBay-inspired portal that reached 1,000,000 users in record time, gaining interest from giant investors like Jorge Paulo Lemann's GP, Beto Sicupira and Marcel Telles and Europ @ Web (Bernard Arnault's LVMH Group). We partnered with major players in the digital market, such as UOL and TERRA. I was also responsible for the retail section (B2C), creating an operation that led offline retailers to list their products on our platform for the first time.We had almost 300,000 products listed, the largest offer inventory in Latin America - double our competitor
New Business Sales Manager
I returned to Unibanco as the responsible for developing new sales channels, outside the bank branches to credit cards.I commanded large operations of active and responsive sales call centers. I have developed sales processes with partners who had co-branded operations with the Unibanco Credit Card. One of my biggest achievements has been to develop the Internet as a sales channel. That was a huge move. During this period, the Unibanco website was not yet transactional (sales) and I was responsible for opening this operation.
Sales Product Development Manager
I was responsible for product development and communicating with over 1,000,000 customers of Fininvest Especial, a loan card - 70% of the company's bottom line.I have opened more than 100 points of sale across the country, creating a new credit approval model, in conjunction with the credit / risk area. I have developed several autonomous operations in subways, trains, shopping malls and even on the streets of the 5 main capitals of Brazil. We structured several projects at a crucial time for the company that grew nearly 300% in less than two years - and was eventually bought by Unibanco after that period.
Product Solutions Manager
My first job was at the National Card as an intern in the Product area, winning a hard selection process.Initially my role was basically to monitor the competition by doing customer surveys and call centers. This gave me a privileged view of the market and opportunities.Shortly after this period, I was hired and became responsible for Call Center training throughout Brazil, as well as being part of the team that developed the loyalty program to Cartão Nacional, with a focus on reducing cancellation.I have developed some partnerships, creating tailor-made services for Gold and Platinum cards. We launched the first credit card mileage program in Brazil in partnership with Varig - among several other co-branded operations. When Banco Nacional was bought by Unibanco, I was one of top 15 executives selected to be part of the card base transition group for the new brand in a complex project that involved Visa, Mastercard and lasted almost a year. I was responsible for all communication with the user base and training of the Call Centers and more than 1,000 Unibanco branches. The corporate culture at Banco Nacional was so different and ahead of its time that it completely contaminated Unibanco and, later, Itaú - and I'm very proud of being part of that team.
