- Design and maintain the Recruiting and Onboarding funnel of the company- Screen incoming CVs, participate in technical interviews, perform final interview both alone and alongside the President- Run 1-to-1 internal interviews to monitor the company climate and address specific pain points in thecompany-employee relation- Work alongside marketing, communication and IT to build effective communication and recruitingcampaigns, the company website, structure recruiting events and providing external inputs on the product- Represent the company at events, both in Italian and in English, typically revolving around the interaction with students of UniPV- Structure internal training programs for new employees, involving Senior and Junior mentors alike- Support management in their team leadership role, working alongside them to identify their goals and the proper way to engage with their teams- Manage Internships both Curricular and Extra-curricular involving a multitude of different procedures and providers- Participate in the company Coding4Kids, an initiative where kids are hosted in the company spaces andtaught the basics of programming- Manage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Monster, frequently testing the proposed business solutions for their performance- Manage the communication flow toward the candidates- Build surveys to engage the team and facilitate internal decision making
