Since July 2014, I have been an integral member of a dedicated team of technical specialists, actively involved in diagnosing and resolving issues with products for prominent banks.

Since October 2012, I have been employed in the leading highway company in Italy, serving as a software architect in the ticketing software domain. In this role, I am responsible for developing, testing, and validating mission-critical software on GNU/Linux and IBM AIX systems, utilizing technologies such as C, Java, and databases including DB2 and Oracle.

Since 2011, I have served as a Software Architect in the bank counter software division of a significant financial institution. In this role, I am dedicated to testing and validating mission-critical software within a diverse environment encompassing Microsoft and GNU/Linux systems. I leverage various technologies, including .NET, Java, JBOSS, Spring Batch, and utilize DB2 and Oracle databases.

In 2010, I led an application management team where I oversaw 12 areas and over 60 software systems for a major bank. Our primary responsibility was to ensure the smooth operation of systems, proactively prevent issues, and promptly address malfunctions. My strong problem-solving skills played a pivotal role in resolving various cases.Additionally, I took on the responsibility of designing and proposing upcoming projects and developments to enhance the customer's information system. This included conducting requirements and technical analyses for new projects.

In 2003, I was deployed by Engineering as a consultant to a prominent banking institution. Acting as a technical analyst and system integrator, I contributed to the success of various projects involving monetics and cards software, SWIFT messaging software, documentary credit systems, and marketing and CRM.

Engaged in software analysis and programming using Microsoft Visual Studio, I served as the technical lead for a team of programmers dedicated to developing software bridging the bank's information system with financial information providers like Bloomberg and Reuters. Our clientele included renowned Italian banks.In addition to my role as a software specialist, I undertook the responsibilities of a network administrator at the Siena branch. I managed a Microsoft network, deploying numerous GNU/Linux web and DB servers, which I personally installed.
